If you have a business idea, but don't know how to get started, Bootcamp will give you the tools, frameworks and connections to move it forward.

Bootcamp is a 1-week intensive program that brings together students, staff, mentors and professionals to innovate and create new startups.

You’ll learn about market validation, pitching , fundraising and have the opportunity to apply them to your own business venture or idea. It’s designed to reduce the risks associated with launching a new business, saving you time, energy, and money.

Bootcamp is open to all current Massey University students and staff.

If you have a business idea, but don't know how to get started, Summer Bootcamp will give you the tools, frameworks and connections to move it forward.
What to expect from Bootcamp

The 1 week on-campus Bootcamp is a completely immersive experience. Expect to be busy and focused. No prior experience with innovation, entrepreneurship or business is required. In fact, you don’t even need to have your own idea as we have worked with local businesses to source real business problems that need solving. You will be guided by mentors who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.

Upon completion of the Bootcamp, participants will receive a $500.00 stipend to help cover living costs during this week so you can focus 100% on the bootcamp.

Time commitment

Participants should be prepared to commit 40 to 50 hours during the bootcamp week to complete their assigned work, workshops and mentoring.
